Springs named winner of promoting diversity (KOAA Colorado Springs - Pueblo)

Colorado Springs was named the 2010 winner for promoting and supporting diversity, a city spokeswoman said in an e-mail. The city received the award at the National League of Cities, said Sue Skiffington-Blumberg.
