Voting Question: whats the best way for an adoptee to find their birth parents?

I was born at Scripps clinic in La Jolla, California and now live in Colorado Springs, CO I would very much like to find out where I come from as far as nationality and creation. my birth mother used 3 different last names on the adoption paper work and did not list a fathers name. where would I go to find this information for free?... read more
